Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting New Noise Magazine. We work hard to ensure your magazines, flexis, and merchandise arrive safely and quickly. Please review the details below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods (new issue releases, preorders, or holidays), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method:

United States

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

International

  • USPS First-Class International: 1–6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or other external factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated when available.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
